hi! I'm curious when you emailed the recruiter and if she mentioned that they already filled the 7 positions.

I emailed yesterday around 1330 and received a call not even two hours later. She did not mention whether all 7 had been filled or not

Has anyone been told an official start date?? Or even general week? All I know so far is sometime in July.

So I got a verbal offer back on March 30th for a med-surg unit at TMC after attending match day and was sent the benefits that memorial offers, but I still haven't received a formal offer letter so I've been really anxious about receiving it. But apparently the recruiter has been out of the office since april 5th. Anyone else receive their formal letter from med center location?

yeah all I have heard is either early july or late june, but haven't received any official info other than insurance and benefits stuff

The recruiter will send you an email telling you to go online where you submitted your application and there's several things you'll have to fill out, one will be updating your personal info, another will be adding in your social security, and then another to officially submit your offer and e-sign. Dont remember exactly how many different things they made ya complete but those were some of them. You'll then have an onboarding person contact you requesting a copy of your Certifications for cpr and junk. Hope this info helps some!

I received my formal offer letter about 3 days ago for TMC. I got a position on CVIMU. I think it just depends on the recruiter, so I wouldn't be worried!
