I’ve heard a few people got calls for interviews in peds ER, NICU, and I think the IMCU. So I’m starting to get a little discouraged.

The wait is ?. I can't imagine they would have us "under review" for so long and for us to not be chosen...? I want to call and just ask, but don't want to seem too impatient. I'm still remaining optimistic.

Congrats on your interview! Did you find that it was challenging? A lot of us including myself was not called for an interview as of yet, still patiently waiting, so you being called is already a positive indication. Keep your fingers crossed!

Thank you! It was not as bad as I thought it would be. I couldn’t sleep for a week until the interview because I was so nervous lol. But the people I interviewed with were so kind and welcoming.
