  1. LVN moving to New York

The snow will likely be the biggest shock for you! Haha! I'm not in the Rochester area, so I can't really comment about the city itself, but I do like perusing the citydata website. It is a website where you can read/discuss about specific cities and...
  2. Licensed! Question: US to CAN

Oooh, I must have mistakenly read the RPN to RN Bridge from the college website? Or they just mean RN to Canadian nurse? Or they mean you have to complete the bridge in addition to the RPN program? Haha, I'm slightly confused. Here are the sites I fo...
  3. Licensed! Question: US to CAN

Hello! I just wanted to share the good news! I am officially an LPN! YAY! It was posted on my states Office of Professions website yesterday (I also ordered the Unofficial Results from PearsonVue and it said I 'passed'). I am excited and a little ner...
  7. How long is your program?

My program is 11 months (Feb start to Jan), with approximately a couple weeks of break time here and there. It is M-F 8-3 with labs two days a week. I believe clinical is going to be two days a week once they start later in the year (most likely repl...
  8. First Week Complete!

Wow, it has certainly been a busy few weeks for me! Two weeks ago I completed the TEASV, the following day I was interviewed, and the following Monday I was in classes. Shout-out to anyone in Central New York area who may be in a LPN Program as well!...
