   Do you guys use the NIC and NOC books. NIC is interventions and NOC is outcomes. They are really good resources; we just happen to be required to use them. Its not a bad investment though. I'd consider it.

   Thanks guys for your input. The reason I brought up getting it is because in Michigan we don't have to be certified for nursing assistants. We could graduate and have never have done that; its purely optional. So I would have to get certified here...
