With the lack of nurses in the US shouldn't the colleges and universities make it easier for students to transfer. Personally my career is very important and I am having a hard time because my new husband is a soldier. So either I stay in Michigan for two more years and finish school or I move with him and get a whole new curriculum to follow (it will take me at least 3 years or more with this option). Shouldn't people be able to move without loosing out on so much time and money. If anyone has suggestions I am open to them!!!!
You bring up a real problem. Requirements can vary greatly from state to state. Within NC, the community colleges and universities are working very diligently to standardize curricula and requirements for a seamless transfer and integration from one institution of learning to another.
