   hi guys! i just want to know if ct-nur (verification of licensure) form is really needed with the application of nclex-rn in il., because i haven't taken the board exam in the philippines and i have no plans at all to take it because i am not staying...

   @elkpark yeah california dnt need a local license as long as you are greencard/us citizen.. they will just evaluate your transcripts and all.. Can't I really endorse my Ca license to an Il license if i got one 1 soon? I am loosing hope,,,
