   pay is based on experience... $28/hr new grad i think n um $3/hr shift diff for nights. thank u so much for your feedback.. I am trying to hang in there bc for me the commute is an hour away and that worries me... will keep u posted... i hope i dont...

   yeah?! I heard they do 12 hours... did u ever hear about how it is working nights there AnalegnaRN ? I think nites wouldnt be so bad bc I figure most all pts will be sleeping by at least 9 pm and nite shift starts at 8:30 pm.... thanks for the feed ...
