   I was curious as to know how working as an RN for the state is different than the hospital? What are the odds of applying for and getting a job at the state? Any experiences that would increase the odds of getting a state job?

   I agree. But it's the charge and two other nurses. If we have 10 totals on the floor, I also do not think it's fair for one nurse to have 5 then the other to have 5 and for the charge to not really help out.
