Hello all! I am going to interview for a position in oncology at a cancer center. I applied for a position for giving injections and another one for doing infusions at the same place. I want to be really prepared for this interview and if anyone had any questions they were asked for an oncology center I would love to know them to practice.
My background experience includes 10+ months night shift on a medical surgical floor with specialization to cardiac patients. (We are the only floor in our hospital that runs cardiac drips).
I chose this position because I have been wanting to explore another nursing field and I have been wanting to switch over to a daytime shift. I put in my application and three days later I received a call. I really hope to get this position!

I don't think they will question as in "quiz" you (if that's what you meant) since you have not done the chemo course and haven't worked in oncology yet. Other than that they will just ask you the usual interview questions. Good luck and keep us posted!
