   I feel my situation will be similar to yours. I was able to precept down in the ED so I am familiar with the team and everyone is super supportive and great at helping out.

   I am graduating in May with my RN and have been selected for a program that will place me in the ED after being oriented. How long should that orientation be? Thank you for the feedback.
