1. Determining time for next dose- please help!!!!

   If we follow your logic and start the med at 2000 it'll be finished at 2100 which is 9 hours in between doses. You do it however many hours after the START time. So if the first one is started at 1100, next dose should be 1900 for 7 pm

2. IV drip questions?

   Should be 300 mg/250 mL x 21 mL/x hours so the mL will cancel out and that'll leave you with mg/hr

   The doctor was writing prescriptions for discharge and asked me how to spell Norco. I told him but he still called pharmacy and they spelled it out for him 🤣🤣🤣

   I don't think BON cares about traffic tickets...as long as they are handled. I have some speeding tickets and a careless driving (I was driving with directions on my steering wheel) ticket. I put them on my one application for my license just in case...

    A helpful way to approach prioritization questions is to think about it this way: "If you walk into the room and can only do 1 of the options and then walk out, which one would be most helpful to the patient?"
