    Basically you just add up the numbers. The first one is LR at 150/hr which comes to a total of 1350 for the total 9 hour surgery. then the next.

    This is simple addition. But you're right, I don't get that answer also. There are mistakes in textbooks sometimes.

    In Texas you can take it up to 8 times a year (45 day waiting period between each exam). I believe that most all states have a rule that if its been 2 years since you graduated, you must take a refresher.
