    This is simple addition. But you're right, I don't get that answer also. There are mistakes in textbooks sometimes.
  14. In Texas you can take it up to 8 times a year (45 day waiting period between each exam). I believe that most all states have a rule that if its been 2 years since you graduated, you must take a refresher.
