   I checked the due date for this and it is 11/15. Does our whole certified profile package have to be done and submitted? Or just the drug test and background check portion before this specific date? I really appreciate all the help!!

   There are things on the checklist such as Action Plan, Skills set receipt, handbook signature, etc. Where are we getting access to this? I'm sorry for the billions of questions and I really appreciate all the help! :)
