Hi everyone!
I have been approved to the program for spring 2015. I am going through my email and trying to complete the checklist. I purchased my Certified Profile student package and as I'm looking through my To-Do Lists, I see that my "Clinical Requirements Si22 Nursing Fall 2014" section says that I am overdue on everything. Can someone please explain to me what this means and how I go about completing this section? Should I be concerned that it says for nursing FALL 2014? I am just so confused ( please help!
Thank you xox

You can contact your nursing department to double check this, but my CP stuff all said overdue until I had it submitted. Do you have your flu shot, TB, and everything else it requires uploaded? Also, it doesn't instantly make the overdue thing go away. It has to be verified first.
The CP stuff really confuses me. Do i have to get an immunization record file uploaded to each section and is everything under the clinical requirements need to be completed prior to submitting? I was reading through a lot of it and it seems as though I have to wait until the first day of class or something?

I would verify with your program about it saying overdue. Mine don't say overdue, they say incomplete until I upload proof and it is verified.
ours requires you to upload your immunization record (or whatever proof of the requirement you have). I can upload them one at a time as I complete them as long as I finish them all by the time required by our program

It's been a while since I've uploaded things to CP, but I think you can upload documents and select/note what requirement you are meeting with each uploaded document. Your program is then supposed to review the files and approve them if the documents meet their requirements.
There are things on the checklist such as Action Plan, Skills set receipt, handbook signature, etc. Where are we getting access to this? I'm sorry for the billions of questions and I really appreciate all the help! :)
Those are program-specific, so they'd be your best resource for this one.
On ours we had one that was "student packet" and you had to click on it and download it straight from the certified profile website.
If you clicked on the place on the right that says incomplete/overdue/complete or whatever it is.....it will drop down a gray box....then there should be a blue highlighted link to download them (if your program uploaded them to download)
ours included all of the paperwork we needed for our physicals/background checks/drug tests etc....but it will be whatever your program uploads
if you don't find that I would for sure call and talk to someone at your program
I checked the due date for this and it is 11/15. Does our whole certified profile package have to be done and submitted? Or just the drug test and background check portion before this specific date?

Hey there. So I'm a new spring 2015 acceptance too. For some reason our CP access still has fall due dates. I plan to ask on Thursday but on the other thread others said they all have same problem. For the 15th you needed to do background (applied when you paid for access to CP site), go get your fingerprints done and also the drug urine screen. Hopefully you also replied with your letter of intent due on Nov 7. For the other requirements - some have a form - it shows when you click on it and others have minimal direction. I've been doing my best and so far it's working on other items but they are NOT due this week. I scanned a copy of my CPR card, answered "No" to one requirement, printed, signed and scanned release and now those all show completed. I'm working on vaccines - not due yet and will submit doctor firm and/or lab reports as applicable. I'm guessing they will clear up rest at orientation. Also I read the SPC 2013 allnurses thread as there is a lot of answers there. But you might get overwhelmed by all the info. Good luck - so excited for Thursday!
Oh and under the physical form it has space for all the vaccines so I was planning on having my doctor fill out and upload multiple times for each test (seems redundant but I don't know how else to do it).
