Hello, I iust want to confirm. Is it true that if you are a practicing Nurse from UK/Ireland/USA you dont have to undergo bridging program? Thanks!
Not always. It depends on what level your adaptation course is, if it can be considered on a par with bachelor's degree in Australia. My overseas nurses programme in the UK is only an associate degree under their terms but they probably considered my education in the Philippines as well. Did you undergo a course in Ireland?
Sure, you can, but I'm no pro here. In fact, I had it bad enough that my application was withdrawn because my COGS didn't get to them on time. So, you may gain better from those who had sailed through. I'm a Nigerian though. [email protected] ( my mail).
Hi,
Was your application withdrawn immidiately beacuse your COGS didn't get on them on time? Did you ask for an extension?
I am also worried because my COGS might not get to them on time.
Anyone here from the Philippines who lodged their application October 2017 and have their LOE already?
I sent mine September 29 and AHPRA Perth received it on October 2, 2017.
My RO sent me an email on November 2, 2017 asking for my COGS and Academic Record.
My COGS and School Accreditation was received Noveber 14 and 15 resepectively. (as per web enquiry)
And my Academic record was received November 21 (as per LBC Tracking)
How long should I wait for the final decision?
Anyone who had/has the same experience like mine?
THANKS!

Sorry bro, I've been offline for close to two weeks. I got two weeks extension but the stuff wasn't ready by then. In fact, the withdrawal was delayed by AHPRA, from 22nd to 25th of October, they didn't grant further extension. I pray you get yours on time.
Hi. I am new here. I lodged mine last October 9, 2017.They sent an email to provide further information to finalise the application.
1. updated ICHC,
2. CV (i must have missed a page without signature)
3.Employer statement of service with hours (I had trouble with these since my previous employer in Saudi Arabia does not include working hours or part-time in their standard Employment Certificate format.
Does anyone here knows the duration of AHPRA processing? I am already here in Melbourne and still undecided if I should take short courses such as Cert3 or 4 while waiting for AHPRA LOE.
Hi! Were you able to ask a detailed statement of service from your employer in Saudi?
Hi fellas!
I am new here. I lodged my application personally in Sydney AHPRA office last 26 October and they sent an acknowledgment last 30 October.
My mum sent COGS and CHED certification on second week and as per my tracking the docs were received on the 10th of Nov, my school documents on the other hand were received on the 13th. So I wish and pray for smooth and easy assessment.
