How long ago did you submit your application? Sometimes it may depend on the Registration Officer who was tasked to look into your submission. For your peace of mind, I suggest that you contact AHPRA regarding the matter. Also it would help to check if you indicated the correct email at the application form.

Hi guys...i'm currently working as a staff nurse here in Jeddah, saudi arabia. During my application here in Saudi i have some of my documents from my school and from prc authenticated (redribbon). Can I use the same documents to be submitted to ahpra?

Well pretty much anything as long as it is a certified true copy. Unfortunately, a document coming from DFA-PH is not a certified true copy. It may seem that it is because it has been verified, but it's not.

You basically have to gather all your docs once again and have it certified as true copy. I'm not sure how it is there in KSA, but over in the UAE, it can be done through the Philippine Embassy or Australian consulate. It's quite costly too as it is certified per document and per page. I suggest you have it done in the Philippines if you have time to spare.

AHPRA and other AU government agencies have guidelines on who can certify documents. Sadly, DFA is not one of them.

Having documents certified at DFA Consular offices might be expensive considering the number of documents needed. Dunno if the price is the same with having a SPA certified... last time I did at Riyadh, it was 100 SR for one SPA.

I suggest that you ask someone in the Phils to gather the documents and have them certified by a notary public or a judge... if you know a notary personally, you need not be present to have them certified, afterall, these are not strictlly entered into their notarial book (i.e. no need for Book No, Page No, Series of... etc.)

Well, if you're looking at the AGOS-40, under SECTION G: WORK HISTORY. The attachments they require are:

• a Statement of Service from all of your employers from the past five years, and

• a signed and dated curriculum vitae that describes your full practice history and any training undertaken.

I don't remember attaching one to my application. References are mainly for ANMAC assessment later on.

Hi everyone, can you help me with my application since i am confused to some requirements.

1. Is CHED requirements really necessary for the BP? Agencies are requiring it because they said that if I dont have that, my application will just float in their account? is it true?

2. Do you know any courier that is cheap but reliable in terms of handling my documents? I went to LBC for me to send my COGS to Melbourne GPO box and they told me that they cant send my documents there instead they want to send it in the Physical address of AHPRA instead of their mailing address.

3. Does my diploma and TOR can be send all by myself or my school should do it for me?
