Hi guys! I submitted my application to Ahpra Melbourne last Jan 5 choosing credit card as my mode of payment. However, 2 days after my card got stolen and I had it frozen asap. Has anyone experienced this before? Iam concerned on how they will start processing my application. I tried to call their office but my load got used up without any answer. Sent an email too on Jan 6. No response till now. Any advice on what I should do? Will really appreciate the response thanks

Hello. I am having a dilemma as regards record of HepB vax at ACN. They want the documentation aside from the serology test. The problem is that although I have completed the three doses wayback 2013,I have no documentation at all bec i only asked my workmates in the hospital to administer it to me. Does anyone have any suggestion or know any schools that are not as strict as ACN regarding such vax reqts? Preferably Sydney area. Thank you very much

I also have the same problem but a little worse.. My vaccination record from when i was a baby, got lost; my mom cannot remember where she hid it. What is the best course of action for these cases? Does anyone had the same problem as mine?

Minor question. Do I really have to print documents on A4? Some of my credentials are on letter size bond paper, would it matter? Hehe. I'm not sure if they're that strict when it comes to their instructions.

All documents must be submitted in a4 size paper. The instruction is clearly stated on the first page.

Yes, all your documents need to be on A4. If you have a copier, just adjust the size on the settings to make it smaller (for example, your TOR is on a long bond paper) and copy your documents to an A4 size paper.

Sent directly from the office:

PRC CoGS

IELTS test results

Sent via Phlpost to Sydney and was then transferred to Perth

Took me around two weeks to be issued the letter of referral for the BP
