I have started a thread in the Immigration for Immigration requirements for Australia/New Zealand
Unfortunately, my registration officer still asked for the criterion 2 so I requested it from my school. While waiting however, I told him that even if we Filipino nurses submit evidences for criterion 2 3 6 8, AHPRA will still refer us to bridging program as per Australia's standard and they don't recognize our criterion 2 3 6 8 and since according to AHPRA, no Filipino nurses is exempted from the BP unless they are experienced RNs in USA and UK. . So I insisted to just proceed with the assessment even without the evidence for criterion 2. After about a week's time, my LOE has finally arrived. I hope I did not miss out anything with regards to the process of my AHPRA registration since in due time, I will have to reapply for registration after my BP.
There are cases where ROs no longer require to submit evidences for criterion 2 3 6 8 because they have already streamlined the process for overeas nurses. You are lucky if you got a RO like this for you will probably receive your LOE in 3weeks to a month's time. Quite straightforward and saves you a lot of time and effort I should say. In my case, my RO considered me as applying for FULL registration that was why he asked for further document such as criterion 2.
Have you lodged your papers to AHPRA? I wish you well..

Hi! Congratulations on your LOE.
With regards to my application for bridging program, I e-mailed Monash University and submitted my LOE and CV, but still they directed me to AussOne Health professionals to continue my application. I've had my interview and submitted all the necessary documents. Now I'm waiting for the registration form from Monash to complete my enrolment. Best of luck to all of us!
Hi em76..Thank you... I sent you a PM.. Can you share your experience during the interview? Was it hard? I hope you won't mind, what were the questions?
Thank you...
Sorry I am not allowed to send pm yet. Interview is all about nursing. Since your in hospital, I know you can do it. And besides, the interviewer is nice. Best of luck!
