HiTranceX3! I'm going for IHNA Feb 15 intake. Hope to see you there!

Cheers... My sweetheart will be taking the feb intake.. I did my bp last june with ihna too...

id like to know if we still need the CHED papers because I read in IQNM that nurses from Philippines and India are not required to send this documentation since our countries does not meet this criteria. thank you.

Some say yes, some say no. I don't know if they have updated or changed something in the application process. But I do agree that it shouldn't be a requirement for Filipino nurses because we do indeed don't meet the criteria. I still sent mine though just to be sure. You can go ahead and submit your application without it. Your RO will inform you anyway if you need to submit further documents.

amaree21 BSN RN: hows the BP at MCIE going so far? wouldn't it be much more advantageous to enroll in schools requiring student visa since it will be easier to extend another student visa by enrolling to cheaper courses if work is not immediately found?

I didn't opt for the student visa because it's more expensive and I wanted to make sure DIBP won't reject my visa application. I can only provide them with a certificate of enrolment that's good for 3 months. I'm not too sure about this but I have heard somewhere that to have a student visa, one should be enrolled in a program that takes 6 months. I didn't want to risk it. Plus, I thought it would be cheaper to just go back home and maybe work for awhile there while waiting for registration and job offer. Some do opt to enrol in any course that can provide them with a student visa here after BP. But that's just additional cost and there's your everyday cost of living to think of too.

I'm happy I'm taking my BP with MCIE. I wanted more clinical exposure and I am now in my 4th week. 6 weeks to go. There's only 6 of us which gives us more opportunities to be with our facilitators one on one. That, for me, is taking back my money's worth.

Anyone planning to take BP @ monash April intake?

Hi everyone,

I have just recently received my LOE from AHPRA. It only took 1.5 months for my application to process which is a bit of a surprise for me. Anyway, I am looking into schools for next year. Could anyone give me feedbacks as to how your experience was with IHNA or ETEA? Do these schools provide good placements? TIA!

Hi Sunisle! I'm from Abu Dhabi too. Just a question. That COGS, correct me if I'm wrong but HAAD doesn't really send those types of documents right? In your case, what did you do? Im still on the verge of filling out the form. Long way to go..
