is the complete immunization record required when applying for visa? thanks..
Its not required as far as my own experienced is concerned. It is only required before clinical placement or as specified by your school. Immigration has a separate health requirements that you need to comply. hope this help
What immunization should you have a record of? Are those blood works for antibodies? Coz i dont have any immunization records..
school to school may vary and it depends also where are you going to have your clinicals. Please coordinate with your course coordinator for more information.
1. Diphtheria, Tetorifice, Pertussis vaccine (dTPA)
2. Hep B
Serology: Anti-HBS >= 10m/U/ml
3. Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR)
Serology: Positive IgG for Mumps
Positive IgG for Measles
Positive IgG for Rubella
5. Varicella
Serology: Positive for Varicella
6. Tuberculosis
- BCG Vaccination
- TB Screening like Mantoux Test
7. MRSA Clearance
8. Meningoccal Vaccine

I have lodged my visitors 600 visa online. After you have submitted it, you will be given a unique HAP ID by the immigration which contains a referral letter to an accredited GP/Clinic/Hospital and the medical examinations you are going to undergo.

4. Hep B
5. Hep C
