Regarding the new IQNM criterion, with criterion 3..did you guys get one from CHED and PACUCOA or only from one of them? Thanks!

I requested both CHED and PAASCU to accomplish the template. Both were forwarded separately.

Hello everyone! Just want to ask someone in here who submitted those iqnm documents to nsw. Did they sent you confirmation that they got it? If they did what is there feedback? Did you got the letter of eligibility after submitting all those things? Seems that they are so slow now in assessing.

Yes I received confirmation from my case officer 3 days after they received my documents. I am still waiting for my LOE.

Hi everyone! I'd just like to ask.. I have submitted my application October of last year, but still my assessment hasn't started because AHPRA says that I lack documents.. now they've sent me a letter regarding their need for more information to have my assessment started. This is in regard with criteria 2, 3 and 8. My school has already sent a pharmacology syllabus and course description, along with the PAASCU copy of accreditation last March 20. Will this suffice the info that they require?

I have no prob with the Paascu since they're just waiting for our payment (P1,800). I'm thinking that this is too much (i've read from a previous post that they only paid 40php) but maybe they'll use a courier to send the documents.

With the CHED, they're waiting for an endorsement letter from my school. However, the dean of nursing still hasn't issued a letter, and her secretary's saying she is still in a seminar. I'm wondering if an endorsement letter is really necessary since Ahpra has sent a letter for request. I'd like to have the documents sent asap since I think 6 months is a long period for pending my assessment process.

Has anyone received an "okay sign" fromAhpra after they sent the criteria 2, 3, and 8 documents? I'd like to know what would happen next :) thanks a bunch! :)

Did you email your CO about your criteria 8?Can I have your email add.I just want to ask you how you did it so I can contact my CO too and hopefully she will cancel it.thanks heaps!

We have the same problem before. What I did is that I discuss this with my case officer cause she must have overlooked it. My CO then cancel iqnm8.

Hi guys! Woukd just like to know if anyone has tried to request documents earlier like PRC of good standing then requested it to be sent on a later date? Ex: Requested PRC good standing on January 2014 then sent it April 2014. This is because my girlfriend has left for UK and I am processing her papers. Unfortunately, I will be leaving for Australia this month so I was hoping I can request her papers early then ask her family to have the respective authority send it when she already has submitted her AHPRA documents. Thanks!

I emailed my CO regarding criterion 8 saying that pharmacology syllabus has already been detailed in the course description which I provided before. She checked it and notified me that I dont need to providr criterion 8 anymore.

Thank you reindeguzman,I will try to email her but I am still waiting for her reply if she is still my CO because the latest email I got is from somebody else,so I am confused whom to email.I am so disappointed coz I was expecting my LOE but they emailed me that they are assessing me with the new model.I submitted my application Aug.2013 and accomplished all the lacking documents.I kept on checking and emailing for months asking for any progress and if there are more documents lacking and they said they cant see any pending in my file.Then this Feb. I heard from my CO that I need to submit one document and I sent it asap....and this is what I received..to accomplish criterion 2,3,8....arggggg,sooo down.

I am still processing my criteria 2,3,8 too,so let me know if you get your "okay sign".With criteria 3,they just gave us 1 form for accreditation body, so I think either from PAASCU or CHED will be fine.It will be too much,2x P1800
