I received a statement today from bank that AHPRA already took 539 AUD from my application it's been a month now since I lodged my application to AHPRA NSW. What are the chances that they will accept my application, or in case they refused are they going to refund it as early as possible? Im quite worried since it was a big amount of money for me. It was clearly stated in the AGOS 40 form:

Applicants must pay 100% of the stated fees at the time of submitting the application.

Refund rules:

The application fee and overseas assessment fee are non-refundable. The registration fee will be refunded if the application is not approved.

Your manager or any senior with supervisory position may sign your cv

All of the documents should be sent directly to them via a courier.

sorry, ive just sent an application to ahpra last week. and i thought the cv you have to sign and date yourself, the statement of service (certificate of employment) your manager or hr manager?

im originally qualified in the phil, then vermont us, then uk, then new york and now applying for australia. lol. anyways, so i thought mine is gonna be complicated or may take some time. i have about 2.5 years exp in the phil and 3.5 here in the uk. anyways. i guess ill yet you guys know what they say with my application.

i must say though, im a bit anxious about it all.

ive been reading through comments and all, and i find people's exp quite rough and challenging. to be quite honest, i think ive had my fair share of difficulties arleady, i dont think im prepared to spend money again on a bridging course, i think what ill try to do is if and when i get registered in australia, ill go there for a holiday like 3 weeks or so, and see whats its like and if its siginificantly better than england. also, hopefully there are nurse consulatancy agancies who could help with recruitment and all.

Yes you will need to sign too, beside your name and signature will be your manager and the manager's signature or any senior staff with supervisory position. You can try at the hr department, I had mine within the hr dept too;)

That's ok they will just let you know if they will not accept it thus you can resend another one;)

hello guys ive been reading threads from this forum for quite some time now and I hope that someone with very kind heart will enlighten me in filling up the new AGOS 40.

here's my queries:

1. In section C: proof of identity, what documents can be provided in Categories A, B and C (relative to Philippine setting)? I've checked their list as shown in the form and I can only provide my oversees passport and board registration certificate as pertinent documents. Can I provide them with the basic documents say NBI, SSS, GSIS or other government document to satisfy this?

2. Is the residential address synonymous to my permanent address (my provincial address in the Phil.) or my work address?

3. In section E, in satisfying the criteria 3 (i think it is a new mandate from the Board), it states there: The relevant nursing regulatory authority or agency should provide evidence directly to AHPRA that the program of study which led to registration was accredited by the nurse regulatory authority or agency in the country/state/jurisdiction where the program was delivered at the time you studied. What does it refer to? PRC or the BON?

4. In section E, criteria 4 (under AQF level 7- bachelor's degree), what specific document/s need to be provided in the Board? Do diploma/ TOR suffice?

The final proof is that you need to be present in person in Australia at the AHPRA office to finalize the registration process. I could not do this last part and had to withdraw my application. So my advice would be to make sure you will be entering Australia within 1 year of your Letter of Eligibility before paying for the application. Hope this helps and good luck.

Hello Ladydee-rn! Are u done with the ARNTP program of UniSA? how was it and did u apply on your own? Also, do they require a letter from AHPRA to procede with their program?

Hello, I'd like to ask after completing the bridging program, will the school process all documents to AHPRA for our registration? What other documents/requirements are we going to submit to AHPRA to finalize our registration?
