thanks @noveau! i have looked up their e-services but its seems not yet in service :D ahm, can you help me out on some confusions below? :) 1. SEC C: Proof of Identity. i dun have any doc supporting Category A&B (on b i have my 5-yr old PH Univ Student id, but they're looking for a recent one). is it ok as of now not to complete those and just comply when you'll be there in Aussie and done with BP? 2. SEC H: Suitability Statement. #15 - Health Care Insurance. i dont have one (not a must for us here in ksa). is it the same case with my 1st question(SEC C)? 3. after you sent your docs to APHRA and got you E. Letter, you enrolled to BP school while your here then files for a visa? did you file your visa here in ksa or you in ph? shukran katir! ^_^[/quote']

When i got my ahpra letter i resigned already;)

For health insurance the answer should be yes in the form

The answer is indeed "yes". But it's not a health insurance. It's a professional indemnity/liability insurance. Right?

thanks @noveau! and yes it's PII, i stand corrected :D

@noveau were you already enrolled in a BP school before you filed your visa or you looked for your BP school when you arrived there? and where did you get a translator for the Registration Cert of Saudi Council (the one they give you after you pass the prometric)??? i got mine on arabic and cant find an accredited translator from FIT | La voix des associations de traducteurs, interprètes et terminologues à travers le monde.

Yes it should be like that, bridging program admission first then file a visa because one of the visa requirement is the certificate of admission from the school;)

For the translation, you can ask if you have a translation office or department in your hospital and it's free. We have one in my hospital before but in case you don't have it in your hospital look for any translation office in the city, usually it will cost you for about 20-25sr. Do you happen to live in Riyadh? Do you know the french corner in suleimaniyah street? You can find a building on the side of the restaurant, there's a translation office up at 2nd floor.

Oh sorry, yes it's about like that and the answer in that number is yes;)

Hi,

Here are the ones that I submitted before (all certified copy):

- Passport

- NSO Birth Certificate

- Latest NBI

- PRC License(s)

- PNA and other accredited professional organization ID

Got my approval from AHPRA-NSW after 4+ months.

Good luck!

hello everyone! i just want to ask regarding the number of days your case officer require you to complete your remaining dcuments? AHPRA NSW gave me only 45 days some here were given 90 days... is it a case to case basis? they are just waiting for my course syllabus, they received already my cert of good standing. TIA! :)[/quote']

Hi!

My case officer gave me 30 days to comply. All-in-all, my letter of eligibility was released on the 4th month from the date of lodgement in AHPRA-NSW. Just make sure you get "Course Description" not Course Syllabus. Filipino subject has to be translated in English.

Best of Luck!

Hi everyone. I've been reading/stalking this thread for quite some time now. I have some questions and I do hope that some of you guys could enlighten me. I'm a 2012 graduate, registered nurse in the Philippines. I've undergone 2 (3 months each) post graduate nurse training program in 2 good hospitals here in Manila, had a 1 month work experience as an out patient OR nurse in between the 2 trainings. And I've just been recently (December) hired as a staff nurse. High hopes, high dreams they say so I'm deciding to apply with AHPRA. With my little experience, is it wise for me to start fixing my papers and take the IELTS already and lodge my application?

Thanks in advance!!

Hi. My advice for you is to take the ielts first before sending your application. AHPRA will not process incomplete documents/requirements. Also, the case officer will give you approximately 1month to complete any missing document. Submission of complete requirements will fasten your application process.

In my case:

Jan 8 - application sent

Jan 10 - acknowledgment of receipt

jan 21 - case officer asked for my degree theory hours

Deadline of submission is March 9

Specializes in Medical-Surgical/Orthopaedic-Neuro.

Thank you so much @Sethaki, They already received my course description and my case officer did not tell anything about it he just sent message that he already received it. Thank you so much because I am confused with the course syllabus and the course description, but upon glanced of it when my university registrar told me to do so before sending it by courier, I have seen that it was really detailed description of all the subjects that I have taken when I was in college with corresponding number of hours.
