Hi, I was interviewed 4 months ago and unfortunately, I did not pass because like you, I have no nursing experience for 2 years even though I already have 14 months experience as a staff nurse. I think AAON is wary of applicants who are not currently practicing as nurse. But you have to try though.

Anyways, my tip is telling you about a question that is about an actual clinical experience and what were your actions and what you learned from the experience. Don't fret because most of the questions are just practical ones and according to your CV/resume..

this is based on the eligibility to be granted a 457 visa.. www.immi.gov.au

it is on the website/ immi.gov.au.. 457 visa eligibility. you can just submit a certification of english and your AHPRA license. it is ok.

the reason why you have your LOE from ahpra. it is because you have been assessed already to be eligible for registration just finished your BP and you are now registered. for the 457 visa, you will be granted once you have an employer to sponsor you. you dont need an IELTS just present your AHPRA license and you will granted he 457visa.

This is confusing. He said yes and you said no, given that you have your ahpra license.
