Hi there,I would like to ask how long does it take for Global Health in Australia to forward to the Australian Embassy in the Philippines the result of their assessment? The clinic where I had my medical exam forwarded my results to the embassy last April 5. According to my case officer, my medical exam results were forwarded to Global Health in Australia. I was wondering if there is anyone here who had the same situation as mine? I would really appreciate your thoughts on this.
Hi lani_g85
Global Health Aust will be the one who will issue your medical clearance. It takes some time for them to do that. The embassy will notify you when they have received your clearance, and even after that, you still have to wait for a while before your visa will be released. Just be patient.. When is your intake?
Hello my dad tried in metrobank and they do not have for transfer transaction to australia that's why we transferred our account to east west bank.
Hi, What's the process of east west bank? YOu're from where? I went to metrobank today and they told me I can buy AUD and then they will be the one to transfer it to wherever bank I want to transfer. I just need to pay them the fees around 2500 I think.
Hi Julairose,
Do you have any idea as to how many weeks before they release their clearance. My intake is on May 13. It's really getting closer like I barely have 2 1/2 weeks left. It's been more than a month of waiting since I lodged my visa last March 16. I am willing to wait but I am getting pressured with the time left as I can not move on to booking my flight and etc.

It just took them 18 days to release my clearance but its really frustrating. My visa was released a day before my orientation date. Everyhing was rushed, like my flight and accommodation.

Hi,
Just want to ask when did you start counting the 18 days? Was it from the day your medical results were forwarded to the embassy? By the way, may I ask what was the reason why your medical clearance was released so late?

18 days since I lodged my application. I shouldve probably given the duration from when I had my medical exam done, apologies. The clearance was released 11 days after my medical exam. From what I have known, Global Health Aust will be the one who will release all med.clearances. They had delays that time and from what I've observed, the waiting time is getting longer and longer.
