Hi!

I will not be attending the May intake of Deakin since I am already processing my visa for ACN, but my friend will and she is now processing her payment for the tuition. That is why she let me asked here about the visa type.

How is she planning to pay?

I just received an email from ahpra confirming my registration as RN div 1. God is so good!

I am thinking of the same thing. I want to send my case officer an email to ask for an update. Would that be appropriate? So, did you do it?

I did not. I checked the status of my app through via website and it says it has been sent so ill just wait for the result.

Thanks.. Bridging is fine, kinda stressful coz there are lots to do. No sponsorships yet. I need to find a job first before I gain sponsorship from the employer. And that's not an easy thing to do. Most employers are requiring 3 years hospital experience.. And agencies are looking for nurses who have experience in uk, nz, ireland, australia, singapore.

Oh! That's tough...so it's true that it isn't easy to find a job even you're RN already. I have 3yrs. working experience in a hospital in Phil., 1yr in ER and 2yrs in OR. They said that it's better to have hospital experience in special departments because that's what they need the most nowadays. Just keep on praying that you will get sponsorship soon. What type of visa do you hold now?
