Dear Mrs. Rajendiran
Before deciding an application for registration, a National Board may, pursuant to s80(1)d of the Health Practitioner Regulation National law require an applicant to undergo an assessment or examination. At a meeting of the western Australia Registration committee of the NMBWA held on 9th November 2012 IT was resolved to require you to successfully complete a Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia approved bridging course for registration of internationally qualified Registered Nurses ( Division 1) by 13 November 2013. Your application for registration is unable to progressed further until such a course has been completed.
Under the National Law, the Board has up to 90 days to consider an application. On this occassion, the board proposes to extend the period or considering your application past the 90 days to allow you time to meet outstanding requirements. The period of consideration is now extended to 13 November 2012 and unless you advise the board, in writing with in 14 days of the date of this letter, it will be taken that you agree for extension. It should be noted if the consideration time is not extended and the 90 day period expires prior to the Board, making a decision, it will be taken to a decision to refuse a register.
The letter will be required by the education provider as evidence that you have been assessed as eligible for registration. You may also need to meet other eligibility criteria set by the education provider and you will need to contact them directly for this information. Please note that by issuing this letter it does not mean that you have been registered, you must still complete the required Board approved Bridging course.
It is imperative you advice this office in writing or by email of your acceptance in to a program prior to commencement, otherwise your application may expire and you will not be eligible for registration at course completion. This correspondance must include adequate identifying information of you, the name of the course, commencement, date and the education provider where you will undertake the bridging course. If we have not been notified that you have completed a coursse by 13 November 203 your application will be deemed to have been withdrawn pursuant to s80(5) of the National Law and your incomplete aplication will be destroyed. Please be aware the extensions beyond the date will not be granted

Yes, this is your LOE. Congratulations!
Hi marklouiemarco,
I know. Its really really weird. I had a very disappointing experience on my visa application here.
Date of issue: 12 Nov 2012
Entries: Multiple
Last Date of Arrival: 12 Jan 2013
I asked the officer why they gave me Multiple entry having 2 months validity only. I haven't receive any reply. I'll still wait for a short while for their explanation before I try to ask some clarification to other department. If only I knew that this will happen, I should have applied on the high commission in Manila. My declared travel date is Jan 3, 2013.
To sum it up, I was only been given 2 months from the date of my visa issue. And what was the most confusing and disappointing is that they have issued "MULTIPLE" that I could only use 1 week after my declared travel date.
Right so there must be something wrong, don't email them, call them to have it rectified!
Hi dacuycoy!Good to know we're on the same batch!.. so happy to know it:)
No i have not started processing my visa yet.. maybe next month.
Did you start yours already?
No, definitely not this year. Maybe in late Feb or early March.
Let us know when you already have your visa.
Thanks & good luck!

Hi. I don't think those nurses were exempted solely "because of NCLEX." I believe they worked as RNs in the US for some time, that's why they were registered without completing a program in a BP school.
I reviewed my post on August 28[/url] where I clarified what I knew about the "In-principle" registration:
Here is one example, as you've requested:
By the way, I'm not done with my application :)
