Ahh that’s great! Adults are not for me haha (unless they're moms LOL). Good luck! Hopefully the recruiter reaches out to you soon! WHC has a great residency program so I would love to be there!

I just accepted a position on the CVICU for the July residency! My interview was great they didn’t ask me any questions specific to the ICU, just general nursing questions.

ahh congratulations! Did you have any experience in an ICU prior and how long did it take for them to reach out for an interview? (Sorry for all the questions LOL)

Thank you!! And not really other than shadowing for 20 hours I didn’t really have any other ICU experience, but I’m also a care partner/ patient care tech so maybe that helped a little LOL

Also they reached out a day after the recruiter told me she sent over my application to them!
Update: I got offered an interview with the surgical CVICU! What were the general types of nursing questions? Were they more behavioral or something like what would you do if patient had low BP, etc? @ThefutureRN
