Hi! I’m applying to the July 2021 residency, I applied to the CVICU. What cohort & unit are you applying to?
Awesome! CVICU is definitely a great unit. Just got accepted to the OR Bridge/Residency.
Congrats! I’m sure you’re excited. When do you start??
Thanks! It starts Feb.22. I assume that's for all new nurse Residents for the Winter cohort, but don't quote me on that.

Yep it is! I’m curious to see how the CVICU is gonna be like, have you heard anything about that unit?

Hey guys! I just submitted my application on Friday. However, I have not gotten any updates or received an e-mail about the battery test. I also have not chosen my units. What would you guys suggest I do? My application just says submitted.
I got in touch with HR! Mine said “submitted” for a week until I contacted HR, they also didn’t send me the battery test I’m not sure if they’re still doing that. During my interview is when they asked my behavioral questions, I’m assuming to make up for the batter test.

I don't have access to it now, but from what I remember I was just clicking around the application/profile page and saw a link to the battery test. I don't remember exactly where it is but I think it was somewhere on the top right of the page. I may be wrong.

Hi all!
I applied to both GT and WHC for their July 2021 start. I applied early this month. I did the battery right away. You can find it on the application page. When I first applied my application status said "Your application has been received." I reached out to them and they said they'd be in contact once they've reviewed it. Right now the status of my GT application says "Your application is being reviewed. If you are among those who best meet the requirements for this position you will be contacted by a member of our Talent Acquisition team." I'm hoping they reach out to me soon!
WHC was a lot quicker. A nurse recruiter contacted me right away asking what units I want then sent my resume over. They called me and I have an interview scheduled!

So the battery came up for Georgetown, but not for WHC. Do I only have to take one battery? Or is it one for each hospital? Thanks!!

I don’t think you have to take the battery for WHC! So you should be good if you took it for GT
