Some employers give mandatory pre employment drug screens. You might want to contact the Board with your questions. You could also call some HR departments of prospective employers and just ask what their policies are. But before you worry about employment, you must worry about getting a license. So I would contact the Board with your question. We can't offer legal advice here.
You will fit right in out in Cali! Housekeeping ensures fresh spliffs are lit in each nurse break room every hour on the hour out there.
i see reading comprehension isn't your strong suit. i said i DO NOT smoke. i have the card and do not smoke...get it? i do not condone any drug use at work.
i got it a long time ago for legitimate back problems. i don't like the taste of smoke in my mouth so i used it once then never again.
Is there a state database that tracks "medical marijuana" cards? Is there even a standard, official card issued by the state?
If there is, get it canceled.
If there isn't, don't worry about it.
Whatever you do, keep in mind that it's not only a matter for the BON. Even if you can get a license, biased employers might still choose not to hire you if they have the means to learn about it.
Well I cant see where the card itself should hurt you. I am a card carrying member of the US Marijuana party. Yes there is such a political party. Has not hurt me at all. I support the purpose of the party at this time I do not practice the usage of MJ,. But I do recognize the benefits of it medically.
