Hi, Just wondering if anyone has heard anything regarding acceptance?
She heard back before Christmas. I'm noe sure which one it was, but one of her GPA's was 3.88 She got accepted into all 3 schools she applied to. If I don't get accepted into MCG, I have to decide if I want to take the Chem classes and try for 2 other schools and MCG's grad program, or if I want to just take a tech RAD program. I know it's less money and not quite as in demand, but it still seems like not a bad choice. Mostly I just don't want to Chem. I suck at it. Don't worry I check every day too.
Update! A girl in one of my classes at GMC got her letter yesterday, but she didn't get in. She applied to the main campus in Augusta. Her GPA was somewhere around a 3.0 - 3.2. I felt bad and didn't want to ask too many questions...Just thought you guys would want to know letters are being sent!
I'm sorry your friend didn't get in, but thanks for the heads up. At this point, I just want to know if I got in or not. So much of my life is on hold right now. I can't make plans for day care which is driving me crazy. I'm one of those people who like to have plan A, B, C, D and E. Maybe I'll hear something today.
I think they are such butts because they think they have something to prove. Their RN program is new, but if you ask me, they've always had an inferiority complex. They don't want to accept credits from schools that are way better than they are. Don't get me wrong, I love the professors, it's the red tape that sucks.

I'm still waiting as well. Before my latest transcript was sent out my m/s gpa was 3.6. I know last year they had sent out some aceptances before Christmas, but I was talking to a friend who had gotten accepted last year and she said that a ton of people were applying from Atlanta because a lot of the schools had 2 year waiting lists. Does anyone else have a backup plan outside of nursing school? If so,what is it?
