For anyone that applied and wants L&D or women's services.. have you heard anything back yet??

I had an interview for L&D yesterday and a follow up interview today. I also had a postpartum interview yesterday and they said a recruiter will be in touch with me soon.

Interviewed twice today and got offers for both. Still open to other offers from other hospitals. I've applied at a lot so we'll see what happens!

Are you going to accept the medical city offer while you wait to hear back?

So my manager said they’re done hiring Peds (I work Peds). They accepted 8 gen and 4 PICU. Unless someone declines.

When did / are they going to send you a physical contract to sign?

They haven’t signed my official contract yet. I was emailed a contingent offer and had to let them know yes/no before Monday.

I have a quick question . I know Medical City has been sending out offers early , but I know some people have interviews and what not later on or haven’t heard from a different hospital . If someone accepts an offer , but interviews somewhere else and gets a better offer at another place , can you back out of the position you accepted ?

I'm wondering the same thing! I was offered a position but I haven't heard back from the two other places I applied for. I'm not sure how much time they give to think over offers but I'm nervous to accept since I haven't heard back from other places yet.

Yea I got an offer too ! But I’m waiting for everyone else . I’ve heard some recruiters only give you 24 hours . It sucks .
