Medical City February 2022 Residency

Hello All! This is a forum for those applying to the Medical City Residency Program this upcoming February 2022. I applied to a few MC locations already and a couple of other hospitals. Good luck to everyone!

Yeah after 3 months it goes up to $27 and some change

Btw my friend who got hired 2 years ago started off at $17 so they did increase it some ?

They pay $1200 every 2 weeks for Stipend Residents, Traditional Residents are paid regular hourly (I think the regular $27.)

External candidates meaning you're paid a flat stipend rate. traditional is internal employees who are paid by hour.

I received a screening email on Sunday from MC Heart & Spine, but have not heard back about scheduling an interview for the Intern Bash tomorrow, has this happened to anyone else?

Yes this happened to me for MC Dallas. I think I am going to reach out to the recruiter.

good! I'm so nervous I feel like I've studied over 50 questions and now my mind is going blank and my interview is in a few mins. ?
