You had me up until test bank. We don't do those and frankly you shouldn't either. Test banks are cheating. Every single school has some sort of academic honesty policy. You get yourself caught cheating and you can kiss you money goodbye, because if you don't get kicked out for something that egregious it would be a miracle. Even if you did somehow manage to pass the class that way you would be unsafe in practice and it will show up in clinical and down the line.

Slow down. Back up. How do you study for the exams? Chances are strong this is part of your problem. Please give us a description of your studying routine. Please also tell us how many hours per week you devote to med-surg study.

Purchase the Lewis med surg study guide? Lots of practice questions and if you can do the reviews, you will know the content.

The Lewis med surg texts come with plenty of their own resources (a la the Elsevier Evolve website) that are immensely helpful -- you won't need a test bank. The resources have chapter outlines, long quizzes and tutorials with the case studies. This really helps but you gotta put the work in.

I got one of the highest grades in Med Surg I because I got the Saunder's NCLEX study guide and studied by content. It is expected that the Med Surg II will be the same just different systems (albeit a bit harder systems). The tests questions are all NCLEX based, so it is best to study for the NCLEX in that topic.
But do stay away from test banks, that is cheating.
Dear OP:
How do you study currently?

I highly advise to stay away from test banks. A bunch of students at my school are currently in MAJOR trouble for using test banks.

Use the websites from your text publisher. That plus the study guide.
Look at the way you are studying.
There is a reason you cannot easily secure the instructor resources/test bank as they are not intended for student use...it is academic dishonesty. If you have so much invested, why risk getting caught cheating? Consider tutoring, revising your study method, asking your instructor or classmates for help.
I have and seems like nothing is working.
