I have that book & do practice questions also with the HESI, nclex practice, Med Surgical clinical book, & evolve website along with CD'S in back of all books. Plus read chapter & lectures I need HELP!!!!

Thanks just started this but so many manifestations to remember, how can I figure out a way to remember all those?

Thanks, I am doing that and barely passing some test but on border line of failing. Just not a good test taker, but great on the floor know my job and know it well but it won't help me get my license!!

Thanks, Whats a good way to study I put the hours in reading & doing practice questions barely passing some test, but the hours I put in I want a better grade.

O.K. I might don't need the test bank just desperate don't need to fail I have too much money to loss. I read the chapters, do practice questions on evolve, nclex questions when Med Surg clinical book. What can I change, it seems like I know the information, but a lot of time the stuff I study majority of it is not on the test. Then what resources I go to?

I do practice test on evolve, nclex practice questions along with reading the chapter over hours a day into study time with a break I passing mos t of test but barely. I am not use to making these grades, putting in all these hours.

I have and seems like nothing is working.

Can anyone help me out with this MED SURG II. Is there any websites or books out there to help me pass these test. Do anyone have the test bank for LEWIS MED SURG BOOK? This class is no joke I invested to much of my own money to fail, PLEASE HELP!!!
