MDE Columbia University 2021

Hey ! I know im super early to make this thread for the MDE program at Columbia for the 2021 start year ? but I was wondering if there are any future nurses out there as eager as me to get started !!

I agree.. I think the cost is worth the quality of education we're gonna get if accepted. I like the length of the program as well especially the MDE/DNP program. I spoke with someone who's in the program right now and she said that she's very grateful for the experience and clinicals that Columbia gave her. Oh okay, so waiting for Mondays and Fridays. Yes, good luck to us all! Fingers crossed for everyone! ?

The first round came out on a Thursday, so it really could be any time

I had hope that we would hear back today ? if nothing tomorrow, then I know it’s definitely next week. This is soo nerve wracking!

I know! I have to commit to another school by Monday, and I’m like checking my email 24/7 LOL

Maybe later on today ? I was also hoping to hear from Columbia today or tomorrow the latest. Have to drop a class am retaking that might not needed ...$... I thought when they said rounds and early announcements they meant it. But is kind of the same minus the first round . LOL

Rounds and early announcements ended up being one round and one late announcement (at least compared to last year from what I’ve read on the forum). I hope they don’t push it into next week. Cross your fingers!!

Yeah, same place you can review your application. There’s a status section.

Definitely still checking everyday. Just to make sure, we're going to receive an email about a status update right? or do I need to check the portal?
