MDC Nursing Spring 2019

To anyone out there....

I had planned to apply for Fall 2018 but I will be finishing my pre reqs on May 1,2018. The exact deadline to apply for Fall. Is anyone in a similar situation? Do you think I should apply anyways?

I absolutely love YouTube videos when it comes to learning. Big fan of khan academy & crash course. If anyone have any other YouTube channel suggestion please drop it in the comments below. And if your into podcast I recommend the NRSNG Podcast! If your anything like me (self doubting, need motivation, love being part of a community online) then check that podcast out!

Oh and RegisteredNurseRN on youtube is awesome as well! I will be all over that channel when I get into the program

Hope this coming week is it! I'm going Tuesday for my health check, titers, and vaccines. I figured I'd get that out of the way.

Hello everyone! These last few days have been going by way too slow!! Hopefully we hear something this week. Wanted to know if any of you guys have already done the CPR/BLS certification, if so, did you do it with MDC or else where? Figured I'd get that done and start getting things out of the way

So I read on other threads that acceptance letters are sent out almost immediately after the admissions site is updated for Spring semester. It hasn't been updated yet but here's the link so you can check. Post here if you see it updated.

Hey guys!

The Orientation dates have been confirmed.

Generic full time medical campus November 7

Generic full time homestead campus November 8

Accelerated Medical campus November 9

I was also told that the committee met last week and they made their selections. Acceptance emails will be sent by next week at the latest.

This is getting real you guys. This waiting has me on fire!!!!!!
