MDC Nursing Spring 2019

To anyone out there....

I had planned to apply for Fall 2018 but I will be finishing my pre reqs on May 1,2018. The exact deadline to apply for Fall. Is anyone in a similar situation? Do you think I should apply anyways?

Does anyone know how many seats are available for full time? Thats the one I'm applying to. Also if I don't get in for spring 2019 im trying for fall 2019 as Well as the respiratory program for fall 2019

I heard they had 50 seats per program.

Dang I was hoping for more seats to increase my chances lol. This made me even more nervous then before :x

Hi everyone.i called earlier today. They said they still haven't selected any applicants. And most likely emails will be going out towards the end of October.

That's What they're saying now but one of the advisors told me they're shooting to have emails out before mid October. I hope it's not later because that will leave us very little time before orientation.

I really hope they do. Anyways we're in October already so its right around the corner.

Its usually 45 buisness days after the deadline, Oct. 15 the first round of letters are sent.

Also while we wait, many current students recommend that perspective students brush up on physiology, specially tonicity, the sodium potassium pump, digestion, and the cardiovascular system.

Not a bad way of keeping us occupied while we wait lol.

How do you guys like to review? I personally watch Youtube videos. There are many great channels that you can subscribe too.

I just read on another page that it's 50-70 seats. I'm not sure which one is accurate.
