MDC Nursing spring 2014

So I'm starting the post for Spring 2014. I'm currently waiting for my acceptance letter for fall term but just in case applying for spring is my back up plan.

So my GPA is 3.0 and my teas is 72 giving me a score around 73.

Since I didn't get a first round email for fall I'm thinking of retaking my teas test so if anyone is willing to study with me please let me know. Good luck to everyone applying for spring!!

I did my cpr last Saturday. Just to caution, we were told by the professor that the hospitals are only accepting cpr from miami dade, BC or Nova. Did my background/fingerprints today, it takes 3 to 5 days to come back, so please don't leave until last minute. I was told they emailed results to miami dade then they email you to let you know they received it.

Just had my fingerprints taken down today around 1pm at the Coral Gables center. I had to wait around 30 minutes even though I had an appointment since it was so busy so be mindful of that when you schedule your appointment.

Does anyone know or have an idea about when the second emails will be coming out? I calles today and all they told me was that there might not be any second email or they might. That they don't know. So it kinda scarred me. Should I call advisement to know the status of my application or would they tell me to just wait ?

Does anyone know if we have to wait on open registration to register for classes or maybe we have to wait on orientation?:o

Valeria 2793 I went to advisement last week after first emails went out and I was told that people that were accepted to two or more options need to accept or decline and then 2nd round emails will go out. The adviser told me that perhaps this week or the following.
