It's never too early to start the discussion....
Anyone else preparing to apply to the Nursing program at MDC by May 1, for a Fall 2021 start date? Which tracks? TEAS test plans?

I don’t mind losing the $100 to hold my spot.
Hey, no you cant ?
I called and ask them today and they said once you accept you cannot switch.

I submitted mine the last week of April.
I have a 3.8 GPA and got an 89 on the TEAS.
I only just heard today from the first program.
I wonder if they let you know if you’re waitlisted or a definite no before next Tuesday?
They really need a more comprehensive FAQ on the admissions site. It saves them 1000 phone calls, and us time and stress ? This is ridiculous.

I don’t think they have a waitlist from what the advisor said. I just would like to know already. From what I was told today, they were looking at high GPAs and 75% and above TEAS scores. But, what I’ve noticed all of you who got acceptance letters have TEAS scores of 85 and up.
Also, I have a full time job and I need to find a physician and all that in order to get my records so, I’d like to be able to get all that out of the way. IDK I’m just venting, I’ll just have to be patient. Good luck!! ♥️

I’m not sure. When accepting the seat it does say that you must remain in that option through program completion. Call the number in your acceptance email and ask them. They were really helpful with my questions.
I applied to both programs 2 days apart and received acceptance to both today. Continue checking your email, it should pop up soon!
