Hi guys, I couldn’t find a thread for this semester so decided to start it since the deadline is pretty soon.

I think I would prefer blended just because I don't live near the school. I wonder if there is a difference clinical wise.

My friend is in the blended program. You still have to go to the school or clinical site for clinicals. The only blended part is some classes you’d do online. But clinicals will not be online. I mean currently with Covid it’s all online.

I think someone told me clinicals for blended is weekends only. I don't know if thats true though. I work weekends (well Sundays) now so that would be the deciding factor for me

Yes it is. Saturdays and sundays. I know someone else who did face to face and did Monday Wednesday’s and Fridays. The schedule is first come first serve.
OK so I guess that makes the choice for me then. I'll make the drive then, if I get in.
Hoping these emails go out soon. ??

Me too. I think they said up to 30 business days, but I can’t take the waiting game much longer LOL

Last term received emails as early as 2 weeks. So let’s hope. They emailed me today to send them my LPN license. Maybe that means soon we will get emails. I pray I get in the Part time program so I can continue to work.

I hope so too!!’ I called yesterday to see if they had an update and they told me 4-8 weeks after the deadline and they can’t tell me if they’ve sent out emails already or not. So anxious!

Feel free to ask any questions. Good luck future nurses!

Hi! What were some of your biggest unexpected challenges with MDC's program (aside from Covid popping up)? What were some of your favorite things about MDC's program? Thanks ? Congrats on your huge accomplishments!!
