Hi! You'll do great, just remember to slow down and don't rush when they're asking you questions. For the behavioral scenarios use the SHARE model when answering, it'll create a clear response. Hope this helps! Also what unit are you applying to?

Thank you so much! I believe it is for PCU!

Finished my interview yesterday and it went so well, I felt so confident, ah! Wishing everyone else the best of luck and hope we hear back soon!

Hello, I have my interview today!  Could someone post the units available to choose from, the attachment emailed by Mayo? I accidentally deleted that email. Thanks!

Please no judgment, true story, my inbox has been full of correspondence and DocuSigns from the funeral home. Somehow, I lost the Mayo email, My mom died on July 2. ?

Well, crap, my interview only lasted 18 minutes! Did anyone else have this experience? I kept drawing blanks on every question. ?

Oh no! what unit did you apply for?

does anyone know when we might hear about offers/ decisions?

Specializes in Telemetry, Observation & Med/surg.

They told me 2nd or 3rd week of August

did everyone get a patient scenario towards the end of the interview? I did but my friend did not and we were wondering whether this was common or not

Yes I did! I honestly enjoyed it because it allowed me to show the interviewer my safety techniques, prioritization skills, and how I would work in a swift but calm manner. I was able to talk it through with her and eventually answered it correctly on what the interventions were and what would be happening to the patient!

They asked me 4 patient/clinical scenarios
