Hey everyone! I am making this thread for people who are interested in applying for the nurse residency program at Mayo in Arizona! I haven't seen anyone make one yet for the so if you're interested in applying, this thread is for you! Hopefully we can keep each other updated on the process ?

Mayo used to be one of the best, if not the best hospital in the country. It is no longer. Yes, it's a good place to get a job, the ratios are better than most, but it is no longer a good hospital and the work environment is bad. Please don't look at Mayo with rose colored glasses. Things changed after COVID.

Please explain. When faced with other hospitals/clinic networks in AZ like Abrazo, Banner or Dignity, Mayo still seems to stand far above. With HonorHealth, maybe not so much. 

How has Mayo degraded?

has anyone gotten an email from IT with instructions to set up their mayo email account? I was told to look out for the email before my first day but I still haven't seen it yet
