Published

I have failed my RN exam one month ago, I am planning to take it again, I have Saunders 6th edition only. my exam result shown me that I have three area were below the passing standard: managment of Care, Safety and infection control and Reduction of Risk Potential. the others are near passing standard. I dont know how far I can pass the RN exam? anyone has good any good idea or advice for me? thanks

Please don't take this wrong, but you might start by looking long and hard at a good ESL program. You may have misread questions and answers, by the looks of your post. Good luck!

OP, what did you decide?

I would def not just use saunders. Saunders questions are ridiculously easy and are good to learn information but will prob not prepare you for nclex. I would look into a course such as kaplan or hurst.

Does the OP have an answer yet?

Three weeks, one post only. Probably moved on, I'm guessing. May be in that ESL class ;)
