Massasoit Community College Fall 2016 program

I know this is early, but curious to see who else is planning on applying to Massasoits nursing program for fall 2016? I am finally on my last two prerequisites right now.

I got accepted into the Day RN program, apparently the Fall 2017 was an error. I have an appointment with an adviser Thursday. I was talking to a friend of mine who applied to the LPN to RN program and he hasn't heard anything yet either nor has his degree works changed. Last year the bridge program didn't get their letters until the beginning of June so don't fear quite yet that nothing's changed! You can always call admissions to see what the time frame is for the bridge program letters!

I just registered online last night for the first class, and checked out the books that are required. Honestly I'm not sure what's next. I have so many questions, I wish the letter gave us more details.

I would think the lpn to RN would be finding out in the next couple weeks, might be worth it to call admissions and ask.

My letter told me what to do, I didn't need any further testing so I just had to schedule an orientation date in order to meet with an advisor/register for class. I signed up for June 8th. I think we should be getting an info packet in the mail soon about the "nursing orientation" and info on uniforms, clinicals, etc. according to past threads.

really? Mine was one piece of paper that said step 1. meet with an adviser step 2. pay your bill lol was yours different?

No, I emailed my advisor and he told me to just go ahead and register online for Nursing 101.

I'm new to Massasoit so maybe that's why. I think my orientation is just the school wide orientation. But I do get to meet with an advisor and register for class. If you're not new to Massasoit, then just meet with an advisor to register for class.

For anyone waiting for lpn to rn days, I just spoke to admissions. They have to wait for the semester to "close" before they will have letters sent out for the lpn to rn day program. not till june..phew..i can breathe..

I applied for lpn to rn day. So we will continue to wait anxiously. I know they have to wait for finals to be done and all grades to be in and the semester to be officially over.
