I am doing a study on nurses on these criteria:

1.Age-

2.Years in Nursing

3.Years of shift or weekend rotation

4.Single vs. married

5.Number of marriages/divorce due to contributing stress factors from the nursing profession vs. family life

6.Males/female ratio

7.How many years in the nursing profession

8.Are you actively employee, career change or retired

1) 32

2) 4 1/2 yrs. as LPN

3) work per-diem right now. Did work full time job 40hrs wk. then work PT on weekends and did 12-20 hrs. wk.

4) married

5)none been married for 14 years

6)female

7) 6 yrs. in nursing atmosphere CNA then LPN

8) work per-diem and going back to school to further my nursing career

8.Are you actively employee, career change or retired - work full time (predominantly nights), study part time (Masters of social health), tutor undergrad students two days a week, considering eventual part time move to academia
