Maricopa date/time stamp 2016

What school did you submit your application to?! I dropped mine off with advisement on December 22nd and have yet to get a time stamp.

I'm thinking OP dropped the app off on 1/7 at 1:59.

OP are you aware that the time stamps get set in cohorts and have nothing to do with when you drop the app off?

There are 2 month blocks to turn in applications and then a few weeks after the 2 month period ends, they run a program the randomly gives time stamps to those in that cohort. Regardless of of when the app was turned in. You will likely get a February date/time stamp.

Well she wrote a time and date on application and told me that was my time stamp. I dropped it off at PVCC I was told they are without a database currently and are switching to a new one so I believe that's why the time stamp came that way. I may have misunderstood but had my husband with me and he thought the same thing

Maybe they had a system issue, or they could be updating how they place people now. If you find that to be your actual time stamp then that will be some good news for those newly applying to learn of. Let us know if that ends up being your actual time stamp.

I will re-inquire just to clarify and will update as soon as I get a response. She told me the school contract with this database is up and they are working on an alternative option until then there was no information and they would contact students as soon as more information comes up which is why I believe she indicated that as my time stamp but now I'm questioning it so I will make sure to clarify...for myself and will post for others as well:)...if anyone else reading gets similar information feel free to add or correct me if I'm wrong.

I just recently submitted my application right before Christmas and I was told by the adviser they wont be putting the applications in the system until Feb and then at that point I will be email (or can check the website) for my time stamp.

Hello! I have a time stamp of 2/16/16..was told the wait was 6 months...but I am also applying to the CEP which is due may 31st.

I applied by paper application on 09/28/15 but did not get a time stamp until 12/08/15 for just regular ADN program. I already applied to CEP for spring 2017 (they told me it shouldn't affect my placement).

From my understanding their next placement begins end of this month, so we should (hopefully) know whether we get placed or not by first couple of weeks of April. That website to check is still down, I am kinda nervous to be honest but I am hoping I can get placed for Fall 2016 admission. Advisor told me its about a 1-2 semester wait.....idk how accurate that is.

So im not sure if any of you belong to the Facebook group for maricopa nursing BUT there is a post about advisement saying timestamps are not accurate right now and won't be until they are straightened out or until further notice, so your time is the time of turn in. Im not sure how true this is but this is what I've heard from a few advisors as well. BTW I will be applying in may and hopefully being admitted to gateway accelerated in january 2017 (:

Soooooooo, does that mean they go by when my application was actually turned in or the time stamp.....I am confused and now worried....and anxious...and nervous. My advisor kept telling me that placement is scheduled for March for people who already have their time stamps.

As long as you turned your application in by the due date, you will be considered for fall admission. Like i said I'm not 100% sure but this is what I've been hearing.
