Maricopa CEP Summer 2022

I have been checking these threads for months and haven't seen anyone start one for the Maricopa CEP program to start in Summer in 2022. Applications are going to open up in December and I'm nervous and hoping to get some comfort in talking to others who are going to be applying soon!! So, here is a thread for anyone who's also been searching for one!

I just got mine too!! GWCC/GCU! I could cry!!

Just got my acceptance email, SCC 1st choice and GCU!  Totally crying!

Got my acceptance this morning too! MCC/ASU, afternoon cohort! Anybody else in that group? The acceptance email I got from Mesa was hilariously stern, LOL.

I received my email yesterday morning! GWCC-GCU here we come!

I will be doing the evening program since I work during the day. Is anyone else in the evening cohort?

I also got into GWCC-GCU but I didn’t see any indication that specified if it was traditional day or evening. The evening cohort was my first choice though. Still waiting to find out so I can let my manager know.

I got my acceptance email from CGCC/GCU yesterday!! Congratulations to everyone whose been accepted, this is such an exciting time! I'm sure everyone else's emails are on the way!

Yes, I should have said I hope that I get the evening cohort... not in it yet. But it's my only option as I work full time. Originally, I thought the weekend program would work for me until I found out that Fridays are all day. Wouldn't work with my teaching schedule. I can't wait to find out about the cohort and then select a class schedule.

Hopefully you get the evening cohort. I’m for sure hoping that’s what I got. I’m impatiently waiting for more details. After I sent my contract back, I was told more information would be coming next week so exciting! Maybe we’ll meet in person soon!

Yes, I think I sent my contract back within 5 minutes of receiving it. ? I also sent an email to Caylie. Waiting for the rest of the emails to go out before the next steps. I m wondering what the evening schedule will be like. Block 1 seems to be the most time-intensive from what I have seen from the current class schedules. M, Tu, W, and Th from 5:30 - 9:30 and Saturday labs from 8 to 4.

? the printer at my job went down and I was STRESSED ? but I ended up sending mine back later that day. I’m curious about the schedule too. It does sound intense, but I am ready ? Lots of late nights and early mornings.

@ArtSpcNrs @Nicole RM Have you received more emails since the acceptance email that gave you information on your schedule? I have only received one email telling me I was accepted and giving me the contract to sign. I did sign and turn it in but haven’t received any other information yet.
