This is ridiculous and not even fair especially on his part . I feel like they should be fair and perhaps at least give him a seat next round since he should have gotten in. It's very discouraging to know mistakes like this happen more than once and there is little the school is willing to do to help. We worked hard for our points and now we have to wait because they made a mistake? Mine is pretty low but for him I am praying for the best because my heart is breaking for him. (or her)

I feel the same way but wouldn't want her to get in trouble just hope she didn't do it to other applications. If she could have told me from the beginning when I asked how points were calculated would have helped sooner. I even provided my scores and she could not help I guess but no ill feeling to her I'm sure tons of people bug her daily during this time. she is always helpful and fast with responses. I just know if I dont get in I will be putting in a complaint not for her just how the process failed me and they should not be so secretive on point calculations.

Looks like my advisor who calculated my points did it incorrectly and did not include my associates making my score 78.26 (Should be 80.76 with AAS)

I just emailed her to see if it can be fixed since it def cost me my seat. fingers crossed and happy I did not wait until the last minute.

I WILL but does not seem like it will do much good a few other people have told me this has happened and all they can do is reapply.

That’s what I said! Because he submitted his app in December, like right away and even earned an associates for additional points. Now he’s not guaranteed a seat. I feel bad for him and I think it’s unfair.... But the approval letters already went out so she said there is nothing she can do but wait

I hope she plans on putting in a complaint. I know I will be if I dont get in.

God was on my side and I thank him for showing me his love.

Someone deferred at SCC so I got a seat. Still waiting on letter but from district and SCC I got the seat.

I can breathe ❤️

Thank you all again for the warm wishes and prayers and to those at SCC cant wait to go through this journey together.
