Maricopa CEP-ASU

Hi everybody-

wanted to start a thread for those of you who are applying to the maricopa CEP with MCC.
List the score you are applying with? Or does anyone know what the point range is this cycle?

I have four friends, all GPA above 3.5 and we all have around 78-81 points. My advisor told me to try to aim above 82 but it all depends on the pool as well. If a lot of people applying are around the 78-81 points then you have a great shot at getting in. I’m retaking the HESI to try to get to 81 points. I passed the HESI with an 83% and I’m at 77.8 points (not crying lol) and my GPA is 3.6.

That is a tad relief I really hope this round has more lower points that apply. My GPA is likley killing me but I want ready to retake a class until I applied at least once with CEP. I slacked in eng 102 and got a C l. Everything else I got an A except micro I ended up with a B ? my gpa is 3. 43 ) on English I got an 86 and math a 94 I'm aiming for a 90 on the English that I take on the 17th. I have 80.9 points if I am aiming to get to 82 which I have to get a 90 on the English.

Does anyone know if on the hesi if they take the scores only from one test or if they will take the best scores. I doubt I'll get higher than 94 for math but was hoping to keep it and this time around focus on English to get that score up.

mom going to stick with my HESI scores I got. I got a straight 80.67 for English (which I thought for sure I was going to fail) it was just enough. Hahah. Then my math I got a 90. I believe my GPA is 3.75/3.77. I emailed the advisors at ASU to officially calculate my gpa for me. But I do have an associates degree that helped with a couple points. Fingers crossed as the weeks go by....

Last round the lowest to get in was 81.33 75 seats I really hope this round isnt as hard but good luck to you this month is going to fly by for me.

what is your total for the CEP?

My total from what I calculated is 77.8 ?

Hey everyone! I turned my application in today at Gateway Community College. I took my Hesi A2 for the first time yesterday after barely studying for two weeks lol and I got a 98% in math and a 91.33% in English. I was so anxious to make a score over 90%, but somehow I barely pulled through. I was going to apply to ASU, but the nursing advisor convinced me to apply to GCU last minute. If I calculated everything right I should have about 86.66 points. I'm okay with my decision, but I guess I got scared that my points were not going to be competitive enough. Good luck to everyone applying to ASU! I hope you all get in!!

Yes! I ended with an 88% comprehensive English portion and 92% math. So nervous!! I submitted my app today!

That’s awesome! Congrats. I’m afraid to retake the hesi. Hahah. Given that I barely passed the English portion. Was it version 2?

My third try was V1 but it looked a lot like V2 lol
